We are approved* by the Office of the United States Trustees to provide the required Financial Education Course for Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. Services are available for free or at a reduced rate based on the debtor student's ability to pay. This is the second and final class that you are required to take to complete your bankruptcy requirements. If you have not yet completed the first course (Credit Counseling) please consult with your attorney.
Hananwill is here to provide you with the Financial Education Course in a simple, affordable, and easy-to-use program. Everything will be fully explained to you at every step throughout the process.Pricing (per household, not per person):
Internet Course: $35 per household (individual or joint filing)
Telephone Course: $45 per household (individual or joint filing)
Online Course Registration Instructions
Step 1: Register for the course. When entering your information, please keep the following in mind:
- Use the name that appears on your bankruptcy petition (the one your attorney uses).
- If you don’t know your bankruptcy number call us, we can look it up for you. If you received a letter from us, it is out to the right of your name and address.
Step 2: You must provide an email address that you can access easily. We will use this address to send you the course link and other important information.
Step 3: Payment. You can use a debit or credit card online, use your PayPal account, or mail us a check or money order. We can also take a check-by-phone payment.
Once you pay for the course, Hananwill will email you a link to start the course after we verify your information with the bankruptcy court system. If you do not see an email with the subject line of “Order Update – LINK TO COURSE” from debtorlearning.com or email@example.com, please check your Spam, Junk or Bulk email folder. It should arrive within 15 minutes upon completion of course registration.
